“The hotel was lovely and quite clean, with welcoming and pleasant staff at the front desk. The location was great, with a lively market just a short distance away. It's in a fantastic area near the Old Quarter, full of shops and restaurants, and close to the centre of Hoan Kiem. We had a really enjoyable three-night stay.”

“Our room was very nice. After spending just five minutes in the first room, we were upgraded to a top-floor room which was even better. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, even letting me print flight tickets on his computer. The location was good – in the old town but still quiet. We would definitely stay again.”

“The room had a twin bed setup.”

“All the staff were very helpful. The hotel manager, Mr. Cong, was hands-on and always ready to assist. He was extremely friendly too.”

“A very nice hotel with excellent value for the service. We had an executive room on the 7th floor with a lovely terrace and many windows. Apart from the elevator noise, the room was very quiet – street sounds were barely noticeable. The room was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was quite good (not huge), with free soup and/or omelette available on request.”

“Great value for money, close to the shopping area, and taxis are always on hand.”
